Our Open Mat sessions are not competitions or intense, blood-sport-style training. We’re here to connect, learn, and improve our BJJ game in a friendly, welcoming environment. Expect an hour of relaxed rolling and an hour of casual networking with adult beverages and snacks afterward.

This group is geared toward corporate professionals, so while we welcome BJJ practitioners from all backgrounds, participants should currently work within a corporate environment. This includes professionals from companies of all sizes, from startups to larger enterprises.

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic gear—bring your gi if you’d like, but it’s not required. You’ll need water, a towel, and your enthusiasm for both BJJ and networking! After the session, stay for light refreshments and conversation to deepen your connections with like-minded professionals.
